1.1. "Supplier" means SHOP whose office is at.
1.2. "Goods" means the goods or services supplied by SHOP.
1.3. "Customer" means the person or company who purchases or agrees to purchase goods or services from SHOP.
2.1. These terms and conditions of sale apply to all goods supplied by the Supplier.
2.2. No contract exists between the Customer and the Supplier for the sale of any goods or services until the Supplier has received and accepted your order and the Supplier has received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once the Supplier does so, there is a binding legal contract between us.
2.3. An acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via e-mail when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the Goods will not take place until after your payment is taken and you receive your confirmation of payment. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2.4. The Supplier may change these terms and conditions of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.
2.5. The contract is subject to your right of cancellation.
2.6.The Supplier reserves the right the decline any order for any reason.
3.1 The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on the Supplier’s website at the time you place your order.
3.2 The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.
3.3 Products, Software, Licenses, Subscriptions and Services may be subject to additional Terms and Conditions or usage limitations.
4.1 Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the Supplier’s website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If the Supplier does not receive an order confirmation within 7 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled and you will be notified by email. If you cancel your order prior to despatch, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the goods.
4.2 In addition to the price, you may be required to pay.
Collecting your data serves to provide you with user-friendly, efficient and secure internet services. We (SHOP) collect personal data whenever you visit the “Shopping Cart” area on the website. We use the personal data in order to provide those users who are interested with information. Furthermore, we generally process the data with the goal of improving our service and ensuring its security.
2.1 Newsletter. If you wish to receive a newsletter we need to save and use your e-mail address. We will then send electronic messages at appropriate intervals to the e-mail address you gave us, which may also contain topic-specific advertisements along with editorial information on our products and services.
2.2 Contract. In addition to that, we will use personal data you provided to us for concluding and carrying out contractual agreements that you conclude in the webshop. We may in particular use your name and/or e-mail address for creating digital watermarks, i.e. to mark digital content (eBooks and ePapers) that you have purchased subscribed to in our online shop.
2.3 Web usage analysis. We will use tools of third parties in order to create so-called utilization profiles by using a pseudonym if you visit our websites as a registered or unregistered user. This implies that data will be collected and saved anonymously or under a pseudonym for statistical, marketing and optimization purposes.
2.4 Log files. Our web server does not generally store information when persons visit our website. Only if an error, other technical problem occurs or if a visitor carries out an action, certain data will be stored in what is known as log files
We use so-called cookies or other instruments to analyze the usage of our website. Cookies are small files which are saved on your hard drive and which provide us with specific information. This information above all includes the IP address, your browser type, the date and the time of your visit on our website as well as the cookie number.
1.1. We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.
1.2. If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
1.3. We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct.
2.1. Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.
2.2. Delivery dates for ‘Free’ and ‘Ground’ shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse.
2.3. All international packages are shipped via USPS and the various options available are presented at checkout. Rates are based on destination and package weight.
2.4. Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.
Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free. If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
Product must be shipped back in their original box. The product box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping.
Products returned using the product box as the shipping box, or products returned without their original product box are subject to a restocking fee.
Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Items will be shown as final sale when they are put in your cart and will also show up as final sale on the receipt included with your order.
